Assistant Human Resource Executive
Job Description
As an Assistant Human Resource Executive, you will provide administrative support in the implementation of Human Resource policies and strategies.
Your duties include preparation and verification of documents, maintaining and updating of data records, compilation of statistics and reports, drafting of correspondences and handling of enquiries.
You will have opportunities to be involved in different aspects of human resource functions such as recruitment, deployment, compensation and leave benefits, career development and performance management within the Ministry.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Possess at least one of the following qualifications:
- GCE ‘N’ Level 3 or more passes including P3 or better in English and Mathematics / Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5;
- GCE ‘O’ Level 3 or more passes including English or Mathematics/Career Readiness Certificate (Operations);
- Full GCE ‘A’ Level Certificate; or
- Certificate in Office Skills / Nitec in Office Skills or Higher Nitiec in Accounting
- Possess effective communication skills and good inter-personal skills
- Able to work well with people and is proficient in IT applications
Remuneration Package
Successful candidates will be appointed on the Corporate Support Scheme of Service on contract basis. The appointment grade and starting salary will be commensurate with the academic qualifications and work experience of successful applicants. Those who have completed full-time National Service will be granted increments.
